  • Tuition fee waiver in full
  • Living expenses are covered by a monthly stipend of 350 Euros for the students

Eligibility Criteria 

  • The Tallinn University master’s program fully in English is open from the university are eligible for the Dora Plus Scholarship Program 2023
  • A student who has successfully completed the first year of study with at least 54 ECTS credits and is interested in applying for the second year is eligible for the Dora Plus Scholarship Program 2023
  • Estonian citizens and permanent residents are not allowed to enroll for the Dora Plus Scholarship Program 2023
  • No additional funding is provided for students who are studying for the Dora Plus Scholarship Program 2023
